Alternatively mix the powder with a small amount of cold water into a smooth paste before adding the boiling water, stirring all the time. The gravy can be kept in a bain marie, at 63 degree C or above, for up to 4 hours. To Make: 1 Litre, Gravy Mix: 70g (approx. 3 tbsp.), Boiling Water: 1 Litre, Suggested number of servings (100ml): 10 To Make: 3 Litres, Gravy Mix: 210g (approx. 9 tbsp.), Boiling Water: 3 Litres, Suggested number of servings (100ml): 30 To Make: 5 Litres, Gravy Mix: 350 (approx. 15 tbsp.), Boiling Water: 5 Litres, Suggested number of servings (100ml): 50 For a thicker gravy add more gravy mix.Nutrition
