Vinification Details: The grapes for Barefoot White Zinfandel were harvested at optimum ripeness during cool night temperatures to preserve the natural fresh fruit flavours. Using cool fermentation and aromatic yeast strains, the winemaker has ensured an expressive mouthfeel and finish. Proper storage has preserved the bright fruit notes and offered a nice balance to the flavour profile.
