Ingredients and Allergens

Skimmed Milk Solids (53%), Coconut Oil (20%), Whey Powder (Milk), Palm Oil (3.5%), Dried Glucose Syrup (3.5%), Sugar (1.0%), Milk Proteins, Acidity Regulator (Dipotassium Phosphate), Emulsifier (Mono- and Di-Glycerides of Fatty Acids), Vitamin C, Vitamin A, Vitamin D

Handling and Cooking

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened keep in an airtight container. When reconstituted treat as fresh milk and refrigerate.

Usage

Directions for Use For tea/coffee use 100g powder to 1 litre of water. For drinking/cooking use 125g powder to 1 litre of water. Gradually whisk powder into half the recommended amount of warm water. When well dispersed add cold water to make up volume and whisk again. Hints and Tips - An alternative to fresh milk. - Can be used in tea and coffee. - Excellent for cooking and baking such as custard, quiches and soups.
