Hob
FROM AMBIENT: Add the pasta to a large pan of boiling water, stir and return to the boil. Cook, uncovered, for 10 minutes, or until the desired texture has been achieved. Drain thoroughly and serve immediately. Cook and Serve Later: Add the pasta to a large pan of boiling water, stir and return to the boil. Cook, uncovered for 3 minutes. Drain thoroughly and rinse with cold water until the pasta is cold. Portion the pasta and place in sealed plastic bags or other lidded containers. Label clearly and refrigerate (1-5°C). Reheat the pasta by boiling for 2 minutes. Drain and serve as usual.
