Ingredients and Allergens

Tomatoes (57%), Water, Concentrated Tomato Purée (10%), Sugar, Onion, Rapeseed Oil, Modified Maize Starch, Lemon Juice from Concentrate Salt, Rehydrated Garlic Granules, Dried Onion, Acidity Regulator (Citric Acid), Oregano, Black Pepper

Handling and Cooking

Storage

Store in a cool, dry place, out of direct sunlight. Once opened, keep refrigerated (1°C to 5°C) and consume within 3 days. Best before end: See lid.

Usage

For Pasta Sauce: Empty contents of the jar into a saucepan. Heat gently until simmering, stirring frequently. Serve with freshly cooked pasta. For Bolognese: Heat 15ml (1 tablespoon) of oil in a frying pan. Brown 400g of minced beef for 3-4 minutes. Drain off any excess fat and add the contents of the jar. Simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally. Serve with freshly cooked pasta.
