Cold-extracted, within a few hours of harvesting, this oil delivers a medium fruity aroma with hints of green tomato, artichoke and fresh grass. Superior category oil obtained directly from olives and solely by mechnical means. Its light bitterness and spiciness levels are a perfect match for grilled fish or meat, cereal and vegetal soups.
