Best before: see top of pack. Unopened, store in a cool, dry place (<20°C).Once opened, keep refrigerated and consume within 7 days.

Usage
Shake well before opening.
Broil
FROM AMBIENT: Bring to the boil, stirring continuously for 1-2 mins. Pour into serving dish, cool slightly and then refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours until set.
