Quality Parameters This product is manufactured in a nut free site. Our flour is produced in a sealed system and conveyed by means of an enclosed pneumatic pipe to bulk storage where it can either be discharged into dedicated bulk flour tankers or packed into flour sacks/bags., to BRC Grade A Standard. The product contains no GMO Products or derivatives and is not irradiated. All Grain is received on an AIC Passport. Only “Approved Suppliers” are used for all Raw Materials and all packaging is food grade.

Allergens (in bold) This product does not contain any other of the 14 reportable allergens. The supply chain may handle Soya, but a rigorous cleaning process of all raw materials does not allow any potential contamination of the finished product.

Cool, dry conditions away from direct sunlight and strong odours. The storage area should have good air circulation and be free from pests and infestation.
