Spiga D'Orata Superiore Pizza Flour is expertly milled in the UK, but remains faithful to it's Italian heritage. It is the perfect choice for both professional and homemade pizzaiolos. We select the best quality wheats to create a super fine, high protein Neapolitan pizza flour, suitable for up to 48 hour fermentation. This Tipo '00' Neapolitan flour has higher protein levels, helping pizza chefs create a silky-smooth elastic and light dough, ideal for all discerning pizza lovers.
