Our core day to day operation involves picking, packing, shipping and tracking shipments worldwide.
We ship door to door or door to port via all modes of transport. British Hypermarket works closely with the shipping team and the packers to ensure your goods are packaged securely for worldwide shipping. As we have daily collections from most of the International Carriers we can turn around Urgent orders within 24 hours (or even same day if items are in stock and payment has been made). On average orders tend to get picked/packed and shipped within 72 hours.
British Hypermarket work closely with the Couriers and Transport Companies ensuring safe receipt of your goods. We will track your orders until delivered. Unlike other site we will assist you with your delivery/customs issues (if you have any). Most UK and European deliveries are not restricted to customs control. For non-UK /EU customers your goods will have to go through customs. In some instances, certain products may not be shipped due to the nature of the goods (Hazardous/Flammable/Contains Batteries). A refund or alternative product will be offered.

Our competitive shipping rates are most cost effective for larger orders and our Shipping Optimizer helps you get the best value from every delivery. Our parcels are expertly packed and fully insured, and we provide an online tracking service so you can keep an eye on your order's progress.
Please note: When purchasing chocolate or confectionery destined for countries with hot climates, this is done at your own risk. Ambient orders including chocolate and confectionery are sent via courier or postal services and are not sent in chilled packaging. (unless specified).
Trade customers can receive shipments via any mode of transport weather it be Air, Sea, Road, Temperature Controled or Ambient (door to door or door to port).
The British Hypermarket is linked to a live courier website which obtains live rates from the following couriers, UPS, TNT, DHL, FEDEX and DPD.
We also ship via ParcelForce, Royal Mail and UK Mail.
Prices are based on either the actual weight of the parcel or the volumetric chargable rate (which ever is biggest)
A variety of shipping options will be avalible at checkout.
As soon as a order is places and payment has been made we will pick pack and ship your order within 72 hours and email you a tracking number. You can then track your orders progress.
Receiving your order
If you order is recieved damaged in any way please sign for it as damaged with the courier, this is to ensure any claims or refunds you require are made as soon as possible without any dispute.
Any claims/refunds requested when damaged shipments are not logged with the delivery courier will be investigated and require photographic eveidence. Please email email@example.com with your details so we can log your case.
Orders going to NON UK / EUROPEAN destiantion will require goods to go through Customs. Local charges may apply, please check with your local cusotms office to confirm or contact firstname.lastname@example.org with your enquiry. British Hypermarket is not Liable to pay any Local duty/taxs and is the responsibility for the receiver to pay this.
